Service Description
This private kickoff meeting is for active IM Growth Agency clients beginning a new project. During the call, we will review your business goals, confirm the project scope and deliverables, discuss your target audience and brand direction, establish the project timeline, review required materials and access, and answer any questions before production begins. Before scheduling, please complete your Client Onboarding Questionnaire and upload all currently available brand and project materials. This meeting is included with your approved IM Growth Agency service.
Cancellation Policy
Please complete your Client Onboarding Questionnaire and submit all currently available project materials before scheduling your kickoff call. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not automatically extend the meeting. If required onboarding information has not been received, IM Growth Agency may reschedule the kickoff call. Kickoff calls are reserved for active clients with an approved project or service agreement.
